Expert Tips for Choosing the Right Balloon Shades

Personalized advice to make your decision easier

When selecting balloon shades, consider the type of ambiance you want to create. For a relaxed, airy feel, go with light-filtering fabrics like linen or cotton. If privacy or complete darkness is a priority, opt for blackout fabrics with added liners. Balloon shades are a great way to add texture and dimension to your room, but don’t forget to match the fabric to your overall design. Consider the fabric’s weight and color to make sure it complements the room’s decor. Also, think about how you’ll operate your shades—motorized or cordless options provide easy control and eliminate the need for manual adjustments
